RPSL LICENSE Recruitment and Placement Services License (RPSL) is issued by the Directorate General of Shipping (Government of India) as per the Indian Merchant Shipping Act under the rule of RPS. This Act and license provide the process, mechanism, and guidance for the protection and security of native (Indian) seafarers (officers, trainees, ratings and petty officers) designated on foreign or Indian Flag Vessels.
