Though an advanced booking is not required for delivering to the bureau, doing so would help process transshipment faster. You simply need to fill up the booking application form for facilitating pickup and insert your post code for knowing the charges.

  1. Defining sea freight
  2. Sea freight entails transshipping goods packed in marine containers through Rotterdam to different terminals or seaports. Westline Shipping also arranges for onward transfer to an inland or domestic freight terminal. Westline Shipping issues an ‘Express Bill of Lading’ for executing the transport and a transcript is sent via email to the customer within 4 days of transshipment.
  3. Charges
  4. The rates are worked out on the basis of per cubic meter or parts of this volume; we accept bookings for a minimum 1 m3 for nearly all destinations. We’ve listed the rates and the relevant surcharges on our website. The rates are for arrival at the port.
  5. What needs from customers?
  6. You’ll need to fill up the relevant fields for name, physical address (no P.O. Box number) and contact number in the booking form; packing or content list; a transcript of your passport or any other valid ID document
  7. Delivery to Westline Shipping warehouse
  8. Send transshipment parcel to Westline Shipping warehouse. WBS will issue an invoice after measuring and checking weight and preparing a booking order. We can also collect the package from your pickup address.
  9. Payment
  10. You need to clear the payment before transshipment; you can pay via internet banking, credit card or pay by cash or credit card at any of our offices.
